Water Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a talented Water/Wastewater Treatment Engineer to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our water team, you will be responsible for working on various projects related to civil infrastructure, pumping stations, drinking water and wastewater treatment.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and communicate clearly with clients
- Support the delivery of infrastructure solutions for municipal water and wastewater sectors
- Conduct technical calculations to inform design decisions
- Develop engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
- Assist in preparing technical reports
- Provide construction administration and field services
- Review and approve construction progress in the field
- Coordinate work with discipline engineers
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Process)
- Registration as a P.Eng. in the province of BC (or eligibility within 6 months)
- 4+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency in the municipal water/wastewater industry
- Familiarity with industry standards and knowledge of water and wastewater treatment design
- A valid Class 5 driver's license
- Ability to travel to and visit active construction sites
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
