Overview: At Source Oméga inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High-Performance Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Salary: $22.00 per hour, with the possibility of salary adjustments after 6 months of probation, based on performance.

Job Description:

  • Perform maintenance on appliances, including cooling units, drinking water fountains, and other equipment.
  • Conduct tests on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly and make adjustments as needed.
  • Change filters, wash and sanitize appliances, tanks, faucets, and tubing, and inspect and adjust according to results.
  • Perform quality control and ensure that all work meets high standards.
  • For service calls, perform various tests and verifications to detect problems and make necessary repairs.
  • Ensure that all units are functional before leaving the client's premises.
  • Uninstall units as needed and bring them to the workshop for inspection and/or repair.
  • Respect the schedule prepared by the dispatcher and communicate with them before leaving each customer.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and neat, and perform any related tasks assigned.
  • Be prepared to travel to our customers in Quebec City, Drummondville, Trois-Rivières, Ottawa, and Toronto areas, and sleep there as needed. Paid accommodation and meals will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (an asset)
  • Minimum basic experience in electricity, plumbing, and/or refrigeration. Training will be provided for candidates with no experience in these areas.
  • Bilingual verbally (an asset)
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to respect and apply the decisions of superiors
  • Fast learner, hardworking, autonomous, meticulous, discreet, and resistant to stress
  • Highly skilled manually, with attention to details and a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
  • Good analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
