Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the most efficient method of shipping goods to meet customer needs.
  • Schedule Distribution: Organize the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and track all shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence to operate company vehicles.
  • Physical Capabilities: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics or a related field is an asset.
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a commercial facility with a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be required to work overtime and meet tight deadlines.

Language

The primary language of communication is English, and proficiency in this language is required.
