Advantage Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Cosmetic Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful presentation and availability of cosmetic products within retail stores across Canada. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from executing planograms and setting up displays to maintaining product levels and collaborating with store management.

What You'll Do:
  • Execute cosmetic re-lines, ensuring accurate placement and presentation of products according to brand guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain visually appealing store fixtures and displays, adhering to provided planograms and merchandising standards.
  • Contribute to new store renovations and relocations by assisting with the installation and organization of cosmetic product displays.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with store management teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products to meet customer demand.
  • Utilize online reporting tools to document your work and provide updates on merchandising activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience with planograms is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret planograms, assemble store fixtures, and execute merchandising displays effectively.
  • Experience in product placement merchandising, particularly within the cosmetic industry, is highly valued.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential for this role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy are crucial.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfort working with smartphone technology for reporting and communication purposes.
