**Role Overview**

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Physioclinic in Liverpool, NS. As an OT with Lifemark, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients. Your expertise will enable individuals to regain their independence and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assess client's physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Educate clients on topics such as safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities
- Support return-to-work programs (job coaching, accommodation recommendations)
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to promote optimal outcomes for clients
- Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**

- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Ability to be autonomous; working both independently and as part of the team
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained
- Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WCB referrals is an asset
- Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset
