We are seeking a Financial Services Regulatory Expert to join our team at Adastra Corporation. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience designing and/or leading deployment of data governance programs in financial services (GSIBs and DSIBs preferred).

Key qualifications include experience and knowledge of applied data management best practices across the data lifecycle, including experience in executing data onboarding processes, identifying CDEs, performing risk and impact assessments, and applying compliance controls.

You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing data & records management policies, standards, and procedures, as well as monitoring adherence to data policies and standards to ensure data quality and availability.

This role requires excellent presentation, verbal communication, business writing, and visual presentation skills, with the ability to independently produce publication-ready artifacts.
