We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to join our team at Blessing Home Care and Group Home Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to assess client needs.
About the Role:- This is a permanent position working approximately 30-35 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting social research, preparing reports, and implementing life skills workshops.
- You will also be required to assess clients' relevant skill strengths and development needs, as well as supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses.
- You will need to have a college or CEGEP education and have experience in a similar role.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation are also necessary for this position.
- This role will involve working with a diverse client base, including those with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health disabilities.
- You will be required to work in various locations, including urban areas and in employer/client homes.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
