Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the West-Island of Montreal locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience through completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide personalized advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.
- Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
- Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
- Fluency in both French and English to serve RBC's French and English-speaking customers in this market.
