We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at M Gill Roop Renovation & Cleaning Corporation. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and a proven ability to work independently. You will be expected to read blueprints, determine pipe layouts, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and Maintain Plumbing Fixtures and Systems: Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, fittings, and appliances.
  • Read Blueprints and Specifications: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Determine Pipe Layouts: Determine the layout of pipes, taking into account factors such as space constraints, material costs, and environmental considerations.
  • Cut Opening in Walls and Floors: Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures.
  • Join Pipes Using Various Techniques: Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test Pipes for Leaks: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate the cost of materials and labor required for each project.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: We require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: You should have 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for this role.
What We Offer:
  • $60,000 Per Year: We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.
  • 35 Hours Per Week: You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
