Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Master Updates: Create new vendor accounts in SAP within control guidelines.
  • Journal Entries: Prepare and post entries during the month-end period.
  • Daily Cash Summary: Prepare a summary for the Executive team.
  • Commodity Tax Data Extract: Extract data from SAP GL and file returns for all companies monthly.
  • Internal Order and Chart of Account Updates: Update internal orders and chart of account structures in SAP.
  • Blackline System Implementation: Assist in testing reconciliation schedules and ensure certification before final month-end close.
  • Asset Load Posting: Post weekly asset loads received from the Consignment Inventory Manager.
  • Subscriber Statistics Update: Update monthly subscriber statistics in SAP.
  • Payroll Journal Entry Verification: Verify payroll journal entry vs. ADP reports and prepare reconciliations.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation: Perform intercompany reconciliation and posting correction journal entries if necessary.
