Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor

At Vegreville Bottle Depot, we are seeking a skilled Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing tasks to accomplish the work, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
The Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies. They will work closely with the team to maintain inventory and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
The successful candidate will have strong initiative, judgement, and organizational skills, and will be a team player with a strong attention to detail. They will work 30 hours per week and will be required to speak English.
