• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our beer offerings, including our brewer's tap, beer of the moment, and beer-meal pairings.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.

• Promote our loyalty program and special offers to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Stay up-to-date with menu changes and beer releases, ensuring that customers receive the latest information and recommendations.
