">We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Director to lead our growth initiatives and drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that propel our business forward.
">Job Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive user growth, focusing on iterative development and rapid testing cycles to maximize ROI.
- Foster collaboration across teams to enhance the iterative process, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Oversee paid acquisition channels, including social media advertising and SEM, to optimize campaign performance and boost user engagement.
- Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation, utilizing data insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage lifecycle marketing efforts to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey and deliver continuous value.
- Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance product-led growth and improve user experience.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, ensuring learnings and insights are shared across teams to enhance collaborative efforts.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Requirements:
">- 5+ years of experience in product/marketing growth roles, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
- Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, including proficiency in statistical testing and experimentation methods.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, with bilingual (English, French) language proficiency.
