**Job Description**

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current systems, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions to optimize inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as assessing and analyzing existing inventory management, demand management, parameters, purchasing, E&O processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize inventory levels and accuracy
  • Analyze global inventory data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory levels; track risks and opportunities and ensure outlooks are adjusted as required

Requirements:

  • Eight plus years of relevant experience in logistics and inventory management or oversight within a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights in a straightforward manner
