Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the clinical biomarker function at Recursion and ensuring that clinical decisions are being informed by high-quality biomarker data.
  2. Developing and implementing biomarker strategies for programs entering the clinic, including the implementation of innovative, noninvasive technologies for the measurement of oncology biomarkers.
  3. Managing a group of biomarker and bioanalytical scientists and supporting their career development.
  4. Collaborating with data science functions to analyze and interpret biomarker data, including omics datasets.
About You

We are looking for a PhD-level biomarker scientist with 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. You should have a strong understanding of the scientific, regulatory, and logistical aspects of biomarkers and be able to contribute to clinical study teams.
