Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Staff: Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes: Accurately record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments, managing calendars and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
