Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role requires a strong educational background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and community service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of diverse age groups and abilities;
  • Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish a safe and inclusive environment for children;
  • Provide guidance and support to children as they develop essential life skills;
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods;
  • Observe children and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate;
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a group setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
