About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Elevate Living Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity of our financial systems, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Language: English.
