We are excited to partner with KNDS Canada on their search for a skilled candidate to fill the role of Equipment Support Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day interactions with customers related to fleet support, working closely with the Program Manager and RMC Manager to meet quality expectations.

The position will focus on driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes within the contract, promoting a performance-based culture that aligns with customer needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
  • Conducting regular structure audits.
  • Increasing fleet availability while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Overseeing and coordinating configuration and obsolescence management tasks.
  • Acting as an interface between the operational business and the KNDS system engineering division.
  • Allocating resources effectively and utilizing assets to produce optimal results.
  • Implementing strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and providing direction with clear actions that drive results.
  • Recommending, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and standards for all aspects of the work performed.
  • Reporting on key performance regularly.
  • Driving significant cost reductions across all aspects of the LTSS contract.
