Landscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Wylds KM Services. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of grounds maintenance projects, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct grounds maintenance projects, including landscaping, hardscaping, and tree care.
- Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
- Estimate labor and materials costs for projects and manage budgets.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks, walls, and other landscape features.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming tasks to maintain landscape appearance.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance landscape beauty.
- Operate heavy equipment, such as carts and spreaders, to transport and distribute materials.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
