Job Title: Housekeeper

Aming Li is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • General Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, private residence.
Personal Qualities:
  • Punctuality: Ability to work independently.
  • Client Focus: Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Initiative: Ability to work with weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Reliability: Punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
