Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement integration strategies for Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, and ancillary systems;
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration Services team to ensure seamless data flow across healthcare platforms;
  • Design and implement integration blueprints, data mapping, and transformation rules;
  • Develop and maintain integration test plans, security and compliance assessments, and data flow diagrams;
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition to production.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect, ideally in healthcare environments;
  • Expertise with Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, and ancillary systems;
  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols (HL7 v2 / v3, FHIR, DICOM) and tools;
  • Proficiency with middleware platforms, APIs, and messaging standards;
  • Experience creating data mapping, validation, and transformation rules;
  • Strong understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance in healthcare;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality documentation;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Previous experience in performance planning, system scalability, and post-go-live support;
  • Ability to manage change, mentor teams, and support incident response protocols;
  • Non-disclosure agreement and privacy training are required prior to start.
