Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Housekeeping Professional to join our team at STR Cleaning and Management Services. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including but not limited to, floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or customer service role
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Professional with STR Cleaning and Management Services, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
