Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and serve food and snacks to our customers, taking pride in presenting a high-quality product.
  • Offer expert advice on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink pairings to enhance our customers' dining experience.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Store and manage beverage and food products, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
  • Order and manage bar stock, ensuring that we always have a well-stocked and well-maintained bar area.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring that our customers receive their drinks promptly and with a smile.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks with ease. As a Bar Attendant, you will be on your feet for most of your shift, moving quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of our busy bar area.
