Job Title: Driving Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team at Ray's Driving School Inc.

Job Description:Education and Experience:

A diploma or certificate in a related field is required. Previous experience as a driving instructor is an asset.

Work Setting:

Our driving school is located in a convenient location, and relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Responsibilities:
  • Instruct individuals on proper motor vehicle driving skills and traffic regulations.
  • Conduct driver's validity licence checks and driving record checks (abstracts).
  • Provide driver's abstracts and own vehicle for training purposes.
  • Work in a sitting position and have the ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Work with children and possess excellent oral communication skills, judgement, reliability, patience, and client focus.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Provincial Driving Instructor Licence.
  • Ability to work in English.
