Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Work Technician to join our team at CISSS de Lanaudière. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing social services to individuals and communities in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social services to individuals and families, including assessment, counseling, and support
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address social and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to individuals and families on social services and community resources
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of social services policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma in Social Work or related field from a recognized institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of community resources and social services
