Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 4 people while performing services, motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of landscape construction professionals
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including mini-excavators, loaders, skid-steers, and trucks
  • Perform landscape construction activities, such as installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, decks, gazebos, and fences
  • Address client inquiries, comments, and concerns
  • Complete paperwork and prepare daily reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscape construction field
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Valid G (or higher) license and clean driving abstract
  • Able to work days, weekends, early mornings, and early evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $30-$35 based on experience, with the possibility of salary increases and year-round work for qualified candidates. Our season begins in April and ends in early December.
