Manufacturing Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team at Delta Food Products (2007) Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.
About the RoleThis role involves assisting process control and machine operators, ensuring seamless production operations while maintaining high-quality products. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial part in achieving our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials safely and efficiently
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines with precision
- Remove filled containers from conveyors and pack goods into bags or boxes
- Feed and unload processing machines while adhering to safety protocols
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues promptly
- Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties effectively
- Clean machines and immediate work areas thoroughly
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to train on the job
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle heavy loads
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and priorities
- Reliability and strong teamwork skills
