Key Responsibilities
  • Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and providing personalized financial solutions
  • Educate customers on relevant financial products and services, and provide expert advice to help them make informed decisions
  • Build strong, long-standing relationships with customers and develop comprehensive financial plans to help them achieve their goals
  • Nurture and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
  • Strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Mutual Funds licence and working towards CIFP Diploma
