About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psiatrist to join our team at the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Obtain a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and pass the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
  • Gain certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Develop expertise in clinical medicine, with a specialization in psychiatry
  • Undergo a criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and be eligible for professional liability insurance
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and be available for shift or on-call work
  • Be legally able to work in Canada and willing to relocate for this position
  • Have previous experience in this field of employment and the required certifications
