Fuel Oil Truck Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fuel Oil Truck Driver to join our team at T & M Lindsay Haulage Inc. As a Fuel Oil Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting fuel oil to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport fuel oil to customers
  • Load and unload fuel oil at delivery points
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of fuel oil deliveries
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions
  • May be required to work overtime or on-call
