Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Bohca Bistro & Bar Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and record sales accurately.
  • Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions, as well as maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our serving staff to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
