Job Title: Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team at Industrial Scale Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize production orders and instructions from customers
  • Develop and implement production plans to optimize logistics and resource allocation
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless production flow
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Estimate material and labor requirements for production projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
