We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Paul Duhamel. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff by adhering to our security protocols and procedures.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel to and from our residential properties as needed, and use public transportation or other approved methods to get to and from work.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, patience, and honesty.

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
