We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our Information Security Risk Management and Governance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Information Security Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential Information Security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Risk Mitigation and Monitoring: Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and monitor identified risks throughout their lifecycle.
- Development of Risk and Governance Metrics: Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure and report on Information Security risks and governance metrics.
- Security Audits and Compliance: Support security audits, prioritize and remediate identified gaps, and ensure compliance with relevant Information Security policies and standards.
- Information Security Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain Information Security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various stakeholders to manage Information Security risks in a timely and effective manner, and communicate risk-related information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT Security Risk Management, Risk Assessments, and Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of Information Security controls for Mobile, IoT, Cloud, Applications, Network, and System infrastructure, as well as security technologies commonly used in enterprises to protect information systems.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, and other security certifications are a strong asset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
