Job Summary

The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of G+D Canada's information systems and data. This position requires a strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure the company's security posture remains current and effective.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH)
  • Experience in information security, IT, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with French an asset
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with some light industrial plant exposure
  • Must be accessible by a company cell phone 24/7
  • Overtime work may occasionally be required
  • May be required to travel up to 5% of the time, including international travel
