About the Role
Humber College is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the implementation of our Banner Platform. As a key member of our Information Technology Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in designing and implementing a Student Information System and Financial Information System solution using Ellucian's Banner Platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of application administrators, engineers, developers, and consultants to design and implement a comprehensive Banner Platform solution.
- Contribute technical expertise to the overall platform strategy and delivery plan.
- Collaborate with peer Technology Product Owners, Business Product Owners, and other Technical leads to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering technical aspects of ERP platforms, including integrating with various external systems with distributed data.
- Experience with application integration strategies and protocols, including the use of iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft and JitterBit.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
