About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Complete Concrete. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and prepare layouts in conformance to building codes.
  • Material Handling: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Worksite Management: Ensure a safe and efficient worksite by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, reliable, and able to work independently.
