This is a permanent opportunity, offering 32-40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through written and oral inquiries, addressing complaints or concerns, and providing information to customers.
- Arrange billing for services, process refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered.
- Issue receipts and other forms, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, and receive payments.
- Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and maintain and manage digital databases.
- Valid driver's licence for transportation/travel purposes.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized work habits.
- Reliability, teamwork, initiative, and strong judgment with the ability to multitask.
