We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our Atlantic Retail team in St. John's, NL. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building and supporting relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and merchandising strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
- Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials, including racks, price cards, and display units, to ensure optimal product visibility and compliance.
- Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from our warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends to inform sales and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure product quality and compliance in assigned accounts, including out-of-code product and torn packaging.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Valid provincial driver's license with no limitations or restrictions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
