Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Task Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute cleaning tasks, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
