Job Title: Postal Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Postal Clerk to join our team at Canada Post. As a Postal Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and packages during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort mail items into batches
  • Operate mail-processing equipment
  • Transport mail between floors or sections
  • Check mail items for accuracy
  • Enter data into a computer system

Requirements:

  • Availability to work from November 15th to January 15th
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for up to 3.5 hours at a time
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry items
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and/or French
