Logistics Operations Manager

Amanat Transport Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our transportation department. This role will be responsible for monitoring departmental performance, planning changes to schedules and policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Monitor department's performance metrics, including schedule adherence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Schedule and dispatch vehicles, coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage finances, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory, tracking cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, organized, and proactive approach to work.

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Free parking available on site.
• Permanent full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week.
• English language required.
