  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for recruitment, training and development of associates, as well as implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Skill Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in retail management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, including operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety and loss prevention.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to positively influence team members and provide guidance on resolving problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management and coaching.
