Job Description

At NIWE Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Culture School Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students in the areas of makeup application, modelling techniques, and fashion shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and training programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide expert instruction on makeup application and modelling techniques for fashion shows and magazine advertising.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes and improvements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in education or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of makeup application and modelling techniques, with a focus on fashion shows and magazine advertising.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
