At RBC Dominion Securities, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Investment Advisors. As a key member of our wealth management team, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, and help them achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients, helping them navigate complex financial situations.
  • Develop and implement customized investment strategies to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with RBC's extensive network of financial experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • A passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
