Loader Operator

Waste Management is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of equipment, performing work per specifications, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment in compliance with company operating procedures
- Verify that equipment is in working order, including tooling and safety mechanisms
- Move and position raw materials and finished components using material moving equipment
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning activities
- Education: Formal training or experience in operating heavy equipment
- Experience: Proof of experience in operating a 4-wheel loader or skid steer
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid SIN
As a Loader Operator, you will be working in a shop or field environment, exposed to physical occupational risks, and required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity. You will be working in a team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
