Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Front of House team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans and procedures
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and labor control
