Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning teams. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 11-15 people.
- Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Forklift Operator Certification.
- First Aid Certificate.
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
