We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our professional team. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, service, and maintain a wide range of construction equipment, including earth-moving equipment, compaction equipment, small engines, and aerial equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make required repairs.
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and work orders.
  • Adhere to all company Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience, preferably working on construction equipment.
  • Strong understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pride in your work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
